Jessica Lee Photography…

I’m the Jessica in JLP, but my friends call me Jess.

Spending the first 30 plus years of my life in San Diego, California shaped the kind of person and photographer I am.  While I love living in fast-paced New York, I am still the taco-loving, easy going, joyful, all-accepting Cali girl at heart.

I am a mother of three beautifully unique personalities (Trevor 22, Jake 20 and Cali 16).  My job as a mom has taught me to love unconditionally, to never lose hope, and to do my best to teach my children to be brave, strong and humble. I take these lessons and my awareness of how quickly time passes to my business and my craft.

My passion for photography can be traced all the way back to my childhood. I have a love for photography that began many years ago inside my grandma’s photo studio.  It felt like magic to me.  As a teenager I started to realize how much joy the photos I took could bring to those who crossed my path…photos that could become treasures, capture time, memories and love. 

A photo session with JLP is a fun and positive experience.  Life can be stressful, photoshoots should not be!

My goal is to capture memories to have for a lifetime, to showcase your personality and what makes you, YOU!
